Healthcare Certification Programs

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

90 Hours | 4-6 Weeks

Prepares students to provide basic nursing care in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and private homes.

  • Curriculum: Anatomy & Physiology, Infection Control, Vital Signs, Personal Care Skills, Patient Rights.
  • Prerequisites: High School Diploma or GED, 18 years of age.
  • Outcome: State Licensure

Certified Homemaker Home Health Aide (CH-HHA)

76 Hours | 3-4 Weeks

Designed for individuals who wish to care for patients in a home setting focusing on personal care and management.

  • Curriculum: Personal Care, Nutrition, Transfer Techniques, Home Safety.
  • Requirement: High School Level
  • Outcome: NJ State Certification

Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

56 Hours

Advanced training for CNAs or CHHAs to administer non-parenteral medications in assisted living facilities.

  • Prerequisites: Active CNA or CHHA license in NJ. Sponsorship from a facility is required.
  • Training: Clinical medication pass under a nurse.
  • Outcome: State Certification

Patient Care Technician (PCT)

220 Hours | 5 Months

A comprehensive program combining CNA skills with EKG and Phlebotomy training for advanced hospital roles.

Certified Medical Assistant

EKG/Phlebotomy Program

CPR & BLS

5 Hours

Intensive training in American Heart Association certified life-saving skills.

  • Schedule: Weekdays/Weekends (10am - 3pm)
  • Outcome: AHA Certification (Valid for 2 years)

Newborn Care Specialist

10 Hours

Comprehensive training (Baby Nursing) for specialized neonatal and infant care.

  • Schedule: Weekend Class (10am - 3pm)
  • Focus: Infant feeding, sleep conditioning, postpartum care basics.
  • Outcome: Specialist Certificate

Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in our programs, applicants must provide:

  • Medical Clearance / Physical Exam
  • Criminal Background Check (required for state licensing and clinical placement)

Refund Policy

Tuition refunds are processed strictly according to the NJ State Education Department regulations.

  • Withdrawal within the first week of class typically results in a partial refund based on the total hours attended versus contracted hours.
  • Administrative and registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued directly to the student or to the funding source (e.g., grants, loans) within 45 days of the official withdrawal date.

Attendance & Conduct Requirements

Professionalism and punctuality are cornerstones of any medical profession.

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, laboratory sessions, and clinical rotations without exception.
  • A minimum attendance rate of 90% is required to graduate from any certification program.
  • Strict adherence to the professional dress code (scrubs, non-slip shoes, no excessive jewelry) and the campus code of conduct policy is mandatory.
  • Aggressive behavior, cheating, or patient endangerment will result in immediate expulsion.
